- Can I return or exchange the product?

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will happily accept beauty products within 14 days of purchase date. Returned products must be in its good condition to be eligible for a refund. Please email with your order number to receive further instructions. (no refunds will be granted without return authorization). 

 Once your return is processed, the credit will be issued to the original method of payment for merchandise amount only. The original shipping fees are non-refundable. Honey Jarret is not responsible for the shipping costs of the returns or liable for lost returns.  It is the buyer's responsibility to cover the shipping costs of the returns.

- I received the wrong item, what should I do?
